Wg porozumienia pomiędzy federacjami nie są wymagane licencje gościnne. Zawodnicy sami zgłaszają się na konkursy CEN ?
Jak natomiast jest w sprawie paszportów dla koni ? "The horses shall be identified by valid National or FEI passports.
